Ungarische Tänze

~ Release by Johannes Brahms; London Symphony Orchestra, Enrique Bátiz (see all versions of this release, 1 available)

Annotation

A 2-CD-set containing compositions by Johannes Brahms.
Disc 1 contains Brahms' 2nd Symphony (4 movements and tracks) and the Tragical Overture performed by The London Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Enrique Batiz) and The Utah Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Varujian Kojian), respectively.
Disc 2 contains the 4th Symphony and teh Hungarian Dances No. 1 + 2.
The recording is "AAD" and the CD carries a "Vol. 2" label. It is part of the "The New Classical Dimension 200" series.

Disc 2 of a 2-CD-release. Contains Johannes Brahms' Symphony No. 4 in e minor (Op. 98) and the Hungarian Dances 1&2.
The CD cover lists the Süddeutsche Philharmonie conducted by Hans Swarowsky as performers. The CD-text lists for the last two tracks two movements of the "Concerto F Piano No. 2" (1. Allegro Molto 2. Allegro Non Assai) and Dieter Goldmann as performer. This seems incorrect and I've stuck with the printed text.
