Originally released on Barbados based Touch Production in 1980, Charmaine Forde and Michael Boothman's double dose of sun kissed, upbeat, and seductively soulful songs has been reissued here by Invisible City Editions. 'Waiting for Your Love' is a beautifully arranged high tempo soul ballad with a positively wistful vocal and wonderfully executed instrumentation to compliment, check the playful latin influence in the piano and a hook thats as addictive as anything you'll ever hear. On the flip, 'What You Won't Do For Love' is an incredible cover of Bobby Caldwell's classic - it just about trumps every aspect of the original in an 11 minute Chic influenced, sensual journey into disco paradise. Highly recommended.
