Company History
Disctronics Texas Inc. was incorporated on 18 August 1986. After the Disctronics Limited acquisition of two Laservideo Inc. plants (Anaheim & Hunstville) it became a subsidiary of Disctronics Manufacturing Inc. (DMI).
From 02 Mar 1990 to 2008 the company operated a CD manufacturing plant in Plano, TX. The plant was acquired from Memory-Tech Inc.. After 18 years the plant was sold to Taiwanese manufacturer U-Tech.
The company was officially dissolved on 2 August 2013.
