Only for releases which are not related to Capitol Records USA and also not related to Capitol Music Company (Japan).

This should include a relatively small amount of international (non-Japanese) music which EMI Music Japan (formerly Toshiba EMI) has branded with the non-Japanese variant of the Capitol Records logo, but which Capitol Records USA does not have the rights to (example release).

If Capitol Records USA holds the rights in America and the release was released in Japan, the correct label should be Capitol Records USA, not this.
